How interesting... I have a special needs daughter. Her last name is Mathis. When I went to seek out God, it was because of my daughter. I needed to know if he was real, why did he give me. Special needs child? She doesn't walk, talk, or eat by mouth. It took me years to accept and find God. But I'm telling you I had the largest presence of God come to me the moment I believed. I heard him say my name behind me, I was completely alone. The entire world stopped around me. I felt the ground shake. The presence was so strong, eventually I felt it was to strong and had to ask for it to not be so heavy. Now I regret that. But I was so new to it all, it was so overwhelming but also I was so blessed and shocked to know God and have him that close. It's been five years now. Jesus hasn't left me still. The presence hasn't been as strong as it was the first month from the first night I met him. But I see it everywhere. So without my child, I probably wouldn't have went looking for him. I do not come from a family who believes, they were drunks. They had no knowledge of what I craved. It was my child that doesn't walk, talk or eat that helped my souls find Jesus.

So clearly you don't understand the Bible and not really sure how you became a pastor. You did a better job at being a comedian than pastoring. You're certainly not one of God's pastors. If what you're saying is true, then you're also saying that there are Books/Chapters/Verses in the Bible that contradict each other. Let's keep in mind that God isn't the author of confusion. I Timothy 3 is very clear about the qualifications of those offices in the church. Clearly, a woman in no form or fashion can be a husband. At least not biblically, which is what matters. Now maybe in today's warped society, a woman somehow can be a husband. I Timothy 2 isn't referencing culture, if that was the case, how do you explain verses 13-14? Those verses close that false teaching about Paul addressing cultural issues. Whoever it was that called you a false preacher, that person was a 100% correct. Your best bet is to repent and turn from those false teachings before it's everlastingly too late....

Consecration seems to be a confusing word. Consecration is a one time act. Sanctification is an ongoing process. Can you clarify your comment that we continually consecrate ourselves? Great podcast. 🙏Debra

In the Bible God healed people and did miracles in many different ways; He didn't use the same method every time; don't put God in a box. He is sovereign to do His will as He sees fit. Jesus came to earth to show the world the truth and many of the religious experts of the day opposed Him. A religious spirit is a counterfeit of satan to oppose God’s work. Satan is the Accuser of the body of Christ; he does it by using undecerning people to attack the real work of God. Don't align with satan. Pray for discernment. Better to say nothing publicly and pray the situation to God than align with satan. I think the pastor is right on with this message. God decides who and how we serve Him.

Something about a millstone?) which is the true Church founded by our Lord Jesus Christ. He made Peter It's first Pope and so from then there was a succession of Popes until our present day Pope Francis. Were they all perfect? No! Were there scandals? Yes! But this is the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ, and faithful Catholics will not jump ship despite who is at Its helm. Now Martin Luther jumped ship because of his grievance ... What did we get from that ... 100s, 1000s of protestant and other off-shoot churches that make up the rules along the way ... I urge any of the followers to this channel, read the early Church Fathers. Ignatius of Antioch, Polycarp of Smyrna, Clement of Rome - these men knew the Apostle John. Clement is mentioned by St. Paul in Scripture. What are two things you find in these three? 1. Apostolic Succession (only the bishops in line with the Apostles have teaching authority and those in communion with them). 2. The Eucharist being regarded as the true, real body and blood of Jesus Christ. Ignatius explicitly mentions this. “Wherever the bishop appears, there let the people be, even as wheresoever Christ Jesus is, there is the catholic church.” St. Ignatius of Antioch (AD 110)
